STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
By ordering any products or services from Giblee Gourmet Pty Ltd, trading as Rangeview Farm Foods, you agree to the following terms of sale, updated 1/10/2024.
- You explicitly waive your own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
- All invoices for goods and/or services ordered are raised on the day of order processing, typically one to two days before dispatch.
- Our invoices are payable on or before the due date indicated on the invoice. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Giblee Gourmet Pty Ltd will be authorized to suspend any order fulfillment and/or provision of goods without prior warning, with orders reinstated once account is up to date.

If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, Giblee Gourmet Pty Ltd reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company for all outstanding invoices, whether overdue or not. Any expenses incurred by Giblee Gourmet Pty Ltd in pursuing this will be payable in addition to the invoiced amounts claimed.
- Giblee Gourmet Pty Ltd undertakes to use all due care to provide products in due time in accordance with the agreed delivery timeframes and schedules. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Giblee Gourmet Pty Ltd cannot under any circumstances be required to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against you by an end consumer.
- In order for it to be admissible, Giblee Gourmet Pty Ltd must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
- All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by Australia law.
